As a general rule, you can promote your own or someone else’s brand, organization, project, product or service on Enumma only if you follow these guidelines. The only exception to this general rule is for Enumma-enabled artist or music amplification, as described below.
As an exception to the general rule described above, these guidelines do not apply to your use of Enumma’s built-in artist amplification features, so long as you meet the following two conditions:
If your promotion falls within this exception, however, you must still comply with all of our other terms and policies.
For purposes of these guidelines, we use the term “promotion” in a broad sense. “Promotion” includes advertisements, product placements, sponsorships, endorsements, promotional contests or giveaways, and other forms of touting.
Your promotion on Enumma must comply with:
You may not promote your own or someone else’s brand, organization, project, product or service on Enumma if anything about Enumma limits your ability to ensure that your promotion complies with our Terms of Service and the law.
Keep in mind that Enumma is an 18+ app, so you may not publish any promotional content addressed to, or intended to appeal to, persons under 18.
Your promotion must not imply that you have a partnership with Enumma or that Enumma is any way endorsing or sponsoring or administering your promotion.
If you have an ownership or commercial interest in the brand, organization, project, product or service you’re promoting, you must let your audience know about it.
If you’re promoting a brand, organization, project, product or service in exchange for anything of value, such as a monetary payment or a free product or service, you must add a “paid partnership” label to your content.
You may not promote a brand, organization, project, product or service in, or associated with, any of the following categories:
If you don’t follow these guidelines, we can take any of the actions set out in the "Some actions we can take" section of our Terms of Service.
We may remove or limit your promotional content it gets a bunch of negative feedback or goes against our interests. We may also remove or limit your promotional content if we ask you to prove that it doesn’t contravene these guidelines, and you don’t do that to our satisfaction.
