These terms supplement our Terms of Service and the definitions there apply here throughout.
We use YouTube’s application programming interface to enable you to connect one or more of your YouTube channels to the service for the purposes described in the "Broadcasting or spreading your content" section of our Terms of Service. Your use of YouTube, even when you broadcast or spread your content from our service, is subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service, including YouTube’s Community Guidelines. You agree to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service at all times in addition to complying with our Terms of Service, our other terms and policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. We don’t allow content "made for kids", but if you broadcast or spread content made for kids to YouTube in violation of this policy, YouTube requires that you immediately go to YouTube on desktop to declare your content as made for kids. The collection and processing of your personal information by YouTube is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Although you can revoke our access to your YouTube channels directly on the service, you can also do so on Google’s security settings page.
This section concerns Apple, Inc., or “Apple” for short, as an application distributor. If you download any of the Enumma applications from any of Apple’s stores or distribution platforms, then Apple and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of our Terms of Service and our other terms and policies with respect to your use of that application on your device and your sharing of that application with others within Apple’s controlled ecosystem. Also, in that case, Apple requires that we notify you that if the application doesn’t conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund you the purchase price you paid for that application, if any. To the extent permitted by law, Apple and its affiliates will have no other obligation or liability with respect to that breach of warranty.
